If the payment card terminal is displaying “not ready” on the screen, please call us immediately. It sounds like it may have tried a TMS update, but wasn’t successful. Press menu, and f4 set up, and you will see the terminal undergo an instruction, this will count up and what we need to see is “ok”.  If the terminal drops off you will need to do this, ensure you are in an area that has connectivity, and if the problem persists please call us directly.
