The process is straightforward and extremely simple. We require the customer to provide us with the list of products and prices they intend to sell, and we install this to the EPOS unit. WTS set everything up in advance of the exhibition ensuring that you receive a hassle and stress free service. Our ePOS units are sent to the customer ready to use immediately, and they come with our award winning UK based technical support.

  • 1-3 Days – £65 per unit excluding VAT
  • 1 Week – £75 per unit excluding VAT
  • 1 Month – £160 per unit excluding VAT
  • 3 Months – £260 per unit excluding VAT

Programming Cost

  • 0-50 Products –Free of Charge
  • 50 – 150 Products – £50 excluding VAT
  • Unlimited – £75 excluding VAT

The programming cost is based one unit. If you hire multiple units, there are no additional programming costs

Deposit

£250 Fully Refundable Deposit – (we take 1 deposit for every 4 ePOS unit that a customer hires)

The software we use for the exhibition industry has taken years to develop with the primary goal of ensuring a positive outcome for the people in the exhibition setting, and they work well alongside our contactless card machines.
