Military Odyssey is an annual event that takes place every August bank holiday weekend. The event takes place over three days at the Kent County Show Ground has three arenas in addition to the main battlefield. Now in its 16th year the event has a conflict to interest everyone, whatever their historical knowledge. Thousands of re-enactors and living history enthusiasts cover a vast period of global history, from the Romans through to the Vikings, First and Second World Wars, right up to the present day.
2016′ will see the biggest event yet with more than 250 stalls, including numerous food courts. The reviews on the net are consistently “Fantastic” and it’s billed as the world’s largest multi-period re-enactment show.
The organisers to the event came to Wireless Terminal Solutions in 2013′ looking for a temporary solution to accept card payments on the entrance gates.
