If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Our shipping partners are DPD and Royal Mail. An estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days for online accessories and 2-3 days for purchased terminal equipment. Timescales given are for UK based customers. Please note that the delivery time is to be seen as guidelines, we disclaim all responsibility for any delays in delivery. During the Christmas and New Year period, the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.


Wireless Terminal Solutions does not take any responsibility for customs clearance. Additional costs may come due to customs handling which Wireless Terminal Solutions are exempt from.


You have 7 calendar days to return a purchased card terminal or online accessory order from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds can take up to 14 working days, and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Wireless Terminal Solutions always stress that items are to be returned to us using a courier or signed signature.

Alternatively, if you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
