WTS don’t recommend customers should change the password on their credit card terminal in any circumstances. If technical need to support a customer with a card machine query and the customer has forgotten the password for any reason, then you won’t be able to access your card machine, and we won’t be able to provide you with the necessary support you require.

The credit card machine will arrive with the customer with the default password already set. You can find this in your user guide that comes with the card terminal rental, or alternatively you can speak to your dedicated account manager on anything else relating to this.
